AuraVideo Terms of Use

These terms apply to AuraVideo and the related information shown on this site.

Version: 1.0

Effective date: 2026-05-21

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AuraVideo mobile application, related websites, and any associated services we provide in connection with the app, unless a separate agreement applies. AuraVideo is licensed to you, not sold. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AuraVideo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

If you download AuraVideo from Apple’s App Store, you also acknowledge that these Terms govern your use of AuraVideo and do not create obligations for Apple beyond those required under Apple’s platform rules. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent permitted by those rules.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use AuraVideo. If you use the app on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AuraVideo on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services usage rules.

4. User Content and Project Files

AuraVideo lets you import, process, edit, and export media and related project data you choose to use with the app, including videos, images, text, audio, and edit settings. You retain ownership of your content and are solely responsible for the legality of that content, obtaining needed permissions, and reviewing exported results before publication or distribution.

5. Automated and Visual Processing Features

Some AuraVideo features may rely on automated processing, including but not limited to face blur, denoise, stabilization, picture-in-picture composition, and visual effects. These features are tools, not guarantees. You are responsible for verifying whether the output is suitable for your intended use.

6. Paid Features

AuraVideo may offer paid features, premium tools, subscriptions, or one-time purchases now or in the future. If paid features are offered, pricing and billing terms will be shown at the point of purchase, Apple handles App Store billing, subscriptions renew unless canceled under Apple’s rules, and refunds are governed by Apple policies unless local law provides otherwise.

7. Updates and Availability

We may release updates, fixes, changes, or improvements to AuraVideo at any time. Some updates may be required for continued use of certain features. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the app, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Support

Any support we provide is at our discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for AuraVideo.

9. Intellectual Property

AuraVideo, including its software, interface, design, trademarks, branding, and related materials, is owned by AuraVideo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the app or related branding materials.

10. Third-Party Materials

The app may include or rely on third-party frameworks, codecs, libraries, or open-source software. Those components may be subject to their own license terms. Where required, such terms will apply in addition to these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of AuraVideo is also governed by the AuraVideo Privacy Policy:

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraVideo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that exported media will always be free of defects or compatible with every platform, or that automated features will perfectly identify, correct, blur, stabilize, or preserve every desired element.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraVideo and the parties involved in providing, maintaining, or licensing the app will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business, use, data, media, or device content, arising out of or related to your use of AuraVideo.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to AuraVideo will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for AuraVideo in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD $50.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AuraVideo and the parties involved in providing, maintaining, or licensing the app from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of AuraVideo, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of any third party.

15. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your right to use AuraVideo if you violate these Terms or if continued provision of the app is no longer commercially or legally feasible. Upon termination, your license ends immediately, while sections that by their nature should survive will continue in effect.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the place where you obtain or use AuraVideo, excluding conflict-of-laws principles, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by a court or dispute-resolution body with lawful jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere.

17. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, our website, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of AuraVideo after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
