Still Stone Terms of Use

Scope and provider
These terms describe the use of Still Stone 1.0. The provider is the developer identified on the app’s App Store product page. Please read this page and the privacy policy before using the app.
License
Apps obtained through the App Store are subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and applicable App Store usage rules. This page adds information about the game and its local data behavior; it does not replace that license or limit consumer rights granted by applicable law.
Game features
Still Stone provides single-player stacking levels, Free Stack, placement feedback, and local history. Move, rotate and release stones to meet each level’s goals. Content and scoring rules may change in updates. Results produced under different rule versions may not be directly comparable.
Local progress
Progress and campaign records are stored on the current device. There is no developer-operated cloud synchronization or cross-device recovery service. Deleting the app, replacing a device or device damage may make local progress unavailable. System backup restoration depends on your device settings and Apple’s backup features.
Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully. Do not copy, sell or redistribute the app or its assets without authorization, except where applicable law permits otherwise. Do not present modified local results as unmodified official results.
Price and future features
The download price is shown on the App Store product page. Version 1.0 has no ads or in-app purchases. Future features depend on the version actually released; this page does not promise online rankings, cloud synchronization, rewarded ads, or other unreleased functionality.
Updates, support and responsibility
We may release fixes and content updates. When reporting an issue, include the app version, iOS version and steps to reproduce it through the support page. The app and device environment may contain errors. Our responsibilities remain subject to applicable law; these terms do not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
