PickHue is currently the only app in App Dock. It is a macOS color picker that runs locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or sell personal data. This policy explains what the app accesses and why.

Data We Do Not Collect

PickHue does not collect personal identifiers, analytics, browsing data, location data, or user-generated content. We do not operate any server that receives your color picks or usage information.

Permissions

Screen Recording permission is required by macOS to read pixel colors. The permission is used only to read the color under the cursor. Clipboard access is used only to copy the selected color format.

Local Storage

Your preferences (format, template, history) are stored locally on your device. You can clear history at any time in the app.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product changes. If we make material changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
